SHIPPING
Amino Pharm ships all orders through USPS and only in the continental United States. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location, but usually ranges from one to three business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to our strict quality control standards and the sensitive nature of our products, Amino Pharm does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items: if your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, email info@aminopharm.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. Once we verify the claim, we will replace the affected items or refund them.
Shipping restrictions: Based on state regulations, Amino Pharm does not ship to states where such a product is illegal.
