Mobile/SMS Data Sharing Clarification (required notice)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We offer an optional SMS/text messaging program for order updates, account notifications, customer support, and—where permitted by law—marketing messages.
How we use your phone number. If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we will use that number to send you transactional messages (e.g., order/shipping updates, account alerts) and, with your consent, promotional messages about products, services, and events. Message frequency varies.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with third parties, except to Service Providers who support message delivery and program operations under contract.
Age. The SMS program is intended for users aged 13+ (or higher if required by local law).
Aminopharm’s website uses cookies and/or plugins to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart-reminder messages via SMS.

We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location from your device. We may infer approximate location (e.g., city/state) from your IP address or shipping information for purposes such as fraud prevention, analytics, compliance with regional requirements (e.g., tax/VAT), and tailoring content (e.g., currency or language). You can limit cookie-based analytics via your browser settings and the opt-out tools listed above. If we introduce any feature that uses precise location, we will prompt you for consent and update this Policy to explain how the data is collected and used.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you believe your child has provided us Personal Data, contact us and we will delete it. Where consent is the legal basis and a parent’s consent is required, we will seek it before collection/use.
Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by Us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
