To maintain a compliant and professional standard, we require all affiliates to review and sign this agreement before accessing their tracking dashboard and earning commissions. This document outlines basic expectations, FTC compliance, indemnification, and commission terms.

Amino Pharm Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Amino Pharm Affiliate Program. By enrolling and participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting Amino Pharm products.

1. 

Research Use Only (RUO) Classification

All Amino Pharm products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and they are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic or diagnostic use.

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Never imply or promote any product as being for human use or medical treatment.
• Clearly disclose the “For Research Use Only” status in your content.
• Avoid marketing peptides for benefits like weight loss, muscle gain, anti-aging, or cognitive improvement.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

2. 

Commission Structure

• Initial Sale Commission: 25% on all first-time customer orders.
• Rebill Commission: 5% on all future orders from your referred customers.
• Cookie Duration: 90-day referral window.
• Payout Schedule: Monthly via Wise, Zelle, or ACH, once you hit $100 in commissions.

AffiliateWP automatically tracks customer orders using your unique referral link. You’ll continue earning 5% on all repeat orders from your customers as long as you remain an active affiliate.

3. 

Affiliate Eligibility & Behavior

To qualify and remain in good standing, you must:

• Be 18+ and legally allowed to promote Amino Pharm.
• Not misrepresent your affiliation with Amino Pharm.
• Not suggest that products are safe, approved, or intended for therapeutic use.
• Not post misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims on social media, websites, or email.
• Follow FTC guidelines and disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions.

4. 

Link & Promo Code Use

Affiliates will be issued:

• A referral link for tracked commissions.
• A promo code (optional) that can be shared publicly or privately.

You may share your link/code:

• On your approved website, blog, or research content.
• On social media platforms that allow compliant promotion.
• In emails, provided the list is opt-in and compliant.

You may not:

• Use spam, bots, or fake reviews.
• Bid on “Amino Pharm” brand keywords in search ads.
• Impersonate the brand, staff, or claim endorsement.

5. 

Marketing Materials & Compliance

Amino Pharm may provide you with images, banners, and approved content. You must:

• Use only the official materials provided.
• Display the following disclaimer prominently in your content:
  “All products from Amino Pharm are for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption.”

You are prohibited from modifying product labels, dosage language, or suggesting internal use.

6. 

Termination & Legal

Amino Pharm may terminate your participation at any time for:

• Breach of these terms.
• Promotion outside of compliance.
• Inactivity or fraudulent behavior.

We reserve the right to change the program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard.

Amino Pharm assumes no liability for your earnings, marketing claims, or affiliate practices.

By registering for the program, you affirm:

• You’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
• You will not promote our products for human use or make therapeutic claims.
• You accept our commission structure and disclaimer policy.
